Please note that no refund or exchange will be accepted on any earrings due to hygiene purposes.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product in its original package and get a full refund minus changes or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it on your own account. Once received and inspected, you will then be refunded.  In some cases, from 3.5% to 6.5% of the total order will be charged for refunds.

Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Goods: We will arrange the goods to be collected / swapped over at our expense.

When does this policy not apply?
If the item is:

  • older than 14 days
  • opened, unsealed, used or missing any accessories

We are not responsible when you do not know how to make use of a product.  No refunds or exchange will be given if you make use of a product incorrectly. If the product is faulty or used incorrectly you are welcome to send us a video and we can advise or investigate if it was faulty. WhatsApp it to 060 657 9017.
